Establishment

PCC was officially founded on October 8th, 2004 along with the other CC namely Yasothon, Satun, Trat, and Samutsakorn.

(Mr Manit Wimuttisuk, the Director, firstly informing about the College on Father's Day - 5th December 2005.)

However the first term was genuinely conducted in early 2006 at 4 Teaching Centers in different districts.

There are two groups of programs provided for the interested – Short Course and Associate Degree.
